Mini-Sabbaticant
During this visit to CHES, Dr. Kaminska will be meeting with educators and researchers within the CHES community to dialogue on current and future medical education interests including: lowcost simulation, active distance learning, teaching and evaluation of medical skills, low-tech games, hightech animatronics, and embodied cognition.
Visiting Scholar
During her visit to CHES, Deborah hopes to establish a meaningful and long lasting collaboration across the two medical education scholarly communities and will be exploring education research collaborations, sharing best practice and opportunities for brief scholar exchanges.
