Biography
Terese Stenfors is Professor in Medical Education at Karolinska Institutet, Sweden. With a background as a social science teacher and faculty developer, she defended her thesis in 2011. In 2011-2013 she did a post doctoral fellowship at CHES before she returned to KI to develop her own research and build an evaluation unit. Today, Terese leads a research team and is deputy head of department. She is also co-director of a national PhD programme in Medical Education and active in developing career paths for teachers and education scholars at KI. Terese’s research mainly focus on lifelong learning for health care professionals and the role of patients in student’s and HCP’s learning.
