Lucia Lee

Dr. Lucia Juehea Lee is a PGY5 in General Internal Medicine at UBC. She completed her undergraduate studies at McMaster University and medical school at the University of Toronto before moving to Vancouver for her Internal Medicine residency at the University of British Columbia. She is currently completing subspecialty training in General Internal Medicine.

She is passionate about medical education, particularly workplace learning, feedback, and coaching. She is especially interested in how learners make sense of mistakes and difficult clinical experiences, and how we can create learning environments where they feel supported to reflect and grow.

Outside of clinical work, she enjoys travelling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
