Purpose of Visit

Charlotte wishes to network with scholars with interests in advancing teamwork in virtual care as well as education scholarship related to pathophysiology and pharmacotherapy.

Charlotte’s research focuses on health services evaluation and collaboration in healthcare (e.g., interprofessional team, collaboration among different health service sectors) using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. She is particularly interested in understanding how interpersonal relationships affect teamwork processes and outcomes in health care. As a certified oncology nurse, Charlotte is also involved in the study of health services issues associated with cancer care, such as role definition for specialty oncology nurses, work environment issues and knowledge translation from research to clinical settings. In her teaching role, Charlotte has been teaching and leading curriculum development for courses in pathophysiology and pharmacotherapy for undergraduate nursing students.
