Biography
Dr. Z. Zayapragassarazan holds a Ph.D. in Educational Technology with coursework in Medical Education Technologies. With over two decades of experience as a teacher educator, he has made significant contributions to both general education and health profession education. Driven by a passion for teacher education, he has consistently directed various faculty development courses in educational sciences for teachers in medical and other health professions education. He is also associated with multiple educational projects. His research interests are interprofessional education, program evaluation and educational Big Data.
Purpose of Visit
Dr. Zayapragassarazan is eager to engage with faculty and students at CHES by exchanging scholarly perspectives and gaining insights into the academic and research activities undertaken at CHES. During his visit, he aims to understand the professional development activities conducted at CHES, with a keen interest in program outcome evaluation. He will also seek valuable insights from CHES faculty on areas such as simulation-based skill training and blended learning, where he serves as a PhD research guide. He will also explore networking and collaboration opportunities between his parent institution and CHES. This visit will be a unique opportunity to enhance his expertise as a teacher educator and contribute to the educational community.
