Biography

Dr. McClintock is an assistant professor of Medicine at the University of Washington. She attended medical school at New York University and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at The University of Washington. She is a primary care provider at the Women’s Healthcare Center, and is the founder and director of the Women’s Health Training Pathway for the internal medicine residency. Her scholarly work is focused on psychological safety in medical education, trainee sense of belonging in the learning and work climate, and she has an evolving interest in the impacts of assessment on trainees.

Purpose of Visit

During her visit, Dr. McClintock will meet with members of the CHES community to discuss and refine research ideas, explore areas of common interest, and continue to develop her program of research.
