Biography
Carolin Sehlbach is employed as Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences (FHML), and the School of Health Profession Education (SHE), Maastricht University, the Netherlands. She is the (incoming) chair of the Taskforce Programme Evaluation, where she focuses on enhancing the quality culture at FHML. Within the Maastricht MHPE program, Carolin coordinates the first online period. Carolin is member of the editorial team of Perspectives on Medical Education and the Journal of CME.
Carolin graduated from Maastricht University, the Netherlands, with a Research Master in Health Sciences and received her PhD in 2020. Her doctoral work focused on physician’s lifelong learning and maintenance of certification. She conducts research in the field of Continuing Professional Development, workplace learning and patient involvement.
Purpose of Visit
Carolin is going to attend the Patient’s Voice congress and is excited to extend her trip to visit CHES and meet with likeminded people. Carolin would value the opportunity to exchange ideas with CHES researchers and explore potential areas for knowledge exchange, particularly in the area of patient engagement, workplace learning and feedback.
