Biography
Dr. Ann Lee is a family physician in Edmonton. Since 2008, she has been a clinic preceptor and faculty advisor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Alberta, where she also holds an appointment as Associate Professor.
Dr. Lee graduated in medicine from the University of British Columbia and then completed residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Alberta. She also completed a Master of Education in Health Sciences Education at the University of Alberta. She is the Undergraduate Program Director in the Department of Family Medicine. Her research interests include undergraduate medical education, postgraduate medical education, assessment, and continuity of education. She is an Associate Editor of the Canadian Medical Education Journal.
Purpose of Visit
During this exciting opportunity to visit CHES, Ann hopes to make connections, explore ideas and be inspired by internationally recognized researchers in the areas of supervision, assessment and distributed medical education.
